Mayor Muzur: Resolve entrepreneurs' requests as efficiently as possible

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Mayor of Ilidža Municipality Nermin Muzur, with his associates, held a second meeting with entrepreneurs, where he once again emphasized the open invitation for more intensive cooperation in the coming period, which will be a partnership and the basis for future development.

“I have already stated that direct communication with the business community is extremely important. Our concept is communication, accessibility, and transparency in work. We want to create the best and most favorable conditions for our business community to operate, thereby creating added value for our local community. It is also extremely important that the business community be included in the development of the Ilidža Municipality Development Strategy, which we are preparing, because I am sure they can make a significant contribution to the document itself and to the development of Ilidža municipality,” said Muzur.

Also, the topic of the meeting was the digitalization of public administration in order to more efficiently resolve inquiries and requests from entrepreneurs, and Mayor Muzur announced an office exclusively for entrepreneurs and officials who will handle only the requests of the business community in the coming period.

The establishment of a database with contact information of entrepreneurs from the Ilidža municipality area was also announced, in order to improve the cooperation between the Municipality and entrepreneurs, as well as to improve mutual communication and cooperation of the business community.

The present entrepreneurs thanked Mayor Muzur for the invitation and stated that they were positively surprised by the approach, given that they had not had the opportunity to communicate with the Municipality in this way before. They expressed their enthusiasm for the announced processes and their readiness for cooperation.
