(Patria) - An unmanned aerial vehicle fell on Zagreb's Jarun last night. It likely flew in from Ukraine. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
Witnesses described the moment of the fall.
One student wrote on social media that an explosion occurred about two meters from her.
"I don't know what it was, but it exploded two meters from me. Thank God I'm alive," added the student, and a student dormitory is located near where the drone fell.
Investigation activities are still ongoing, and a large crater remained at the site of the fall.
"As the president of the Committee for Internal Policy and National Security; I have requested an urgent statement from the security services regarding yesterday's drone crash in Zagreb, in a country that is a member of the NATO alliance," said parliamentary representative Siniša Hajdaš Dončić on Twitter.
