(Patria) - The United Arab Emirates announced that at least 16 ballistic missiles and 121 drones were launched into its territory today.
According to authorities, all missiles except one that fell into the sea were intercepted, while at least 119 drones were shot down, and two crashed within the UAE's territory.
Since the beginning of the war, authorities have recorded: 221 ballistic missiles, of which 205 were destroyed, 14 fell into the sea, and two fell into the UAE's territory; 1,305 Iranian drones, of which 1,229 were intercepted, while 76 fell within the Emirates' territory; eight cruise missiles, all of which were detected and destroyed.
Three people died in these attacks - citizens of Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, while 112 people sustained minor injuries.
Among the injured are citizens of the Emirates, Egypt, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Uganda, Eritrea, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Comoros, and Turkey.
