Studio apartment without bathroom and toilet for sale, price only 7,000 KM

(Patria) - The Dalmatian town of Opuzen has announced the sale of two smaller properties it owns.

These are two identical studio apartments of 13 square meters located on the fifth floor of a residential building at 30 Ante Starčević Street.

As stated in the tender, the property consists of a single room, with the use of a shared bathroom and toilet on the same floor.

The starting price for each property is 3,596.37 euros or 27,000 kuna, i.e., around 7,000 KM.

The sale is conducted on an "as-is" basis, and the seller is not liable to the buyer for any defects in the apartment that is the subject of the sale.

The initial purchase price of the properties was determined based on a market value assessment carried out by an authorized court expert for this asset.

The purchase price is paid in a lump sum within 15 days of signing the contract or in installments of up to 24 monthly installments, with the obligation to register a lien on the property that is the subject of the contract in favor of the City of Opuzen.

All costs incurred after signing the contract are borne by the buyer, as stated among other conditions of the tender.

The public opening of bids will be held on July 25 at 10 a.m. in the City Council Hall.
