Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (11/12/2015) arrested a person with initials R.I. (1965) in the Rogatica area for war crimes, reports the Patria News Agency.
The person with initials R.I. was arrested due to grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 172 of the BiH Criminal Code, "Crimes Against Humanity," in the Rogatica municipality during 1992.
The arrested person will be brought to the official premises of SIPA, where they will undergo criminal processing, after which they will be handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings.
