New 30 cm of snow on mountains, power outage cause repaired

The snow that fell yesterday on the mountains brought another 30 cm of snow, and on Monday, villages on Bjelašnica were left without electricity, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

As stated for the Patria agency from Elektrodistribucija Sarajevo, the cause of the power outage was a malfunction, and workers are already on the ground. Electricity supply was soon restored, and one more village is without power.

- Two wires fell under the weight of the snow, and workers are still on the ground - it was announced.

The snow depth in Babin do on Bjelašnica is 30 cm, and the temperature is -2°C. The snow cover depth at the top of Bjelašnica is 72 cm, while the temperature is -3 °C.
At Malo polje on Igman, the current snow depth is 40 cm, and the temperature is 0°C. Snow is currently falling on Bjelašnica and Igman.
