(Patria) - A fire broke out at the Kvadrant market in the Otoka settlement around 1 PM.
Several fire trucks are on the scene extinguishing the fire. The fire is spreading quickly from stall to stall, mostly containing clothing, textiles, plastic, footwear...
Thick, black smoke can be seen from several parts of Sarajevo.
"For now, we have no information on whether anyone was injured," they said from the Operational Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton.
The exact cause of the fire will be determined by the investigation.
Those near the fire report hearing mini-explosions like "firecrackers popping." The fire has engulfed several stalls.
