Interesting balloons from various parts of the world in the skies of Cappadocia

(Patria) - Cappadocia, a well-known region of Turkey for its fairy chimneys, hosted fun hot air balloons of various shapes. Balloons with 22 figures from England, Switzerland, USA, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Macedonia, Luxembourg, and Turkey performed exhibition flights.



Domestic and foreign tourists showed great interest in the hot air balloons colored with special artistic designs, with various figures such as "Ice Cream", "Obelix", "Octopus", "Space Shuttle", the Turkish flag, and many others.

At the international event held as part of this year's "Cappadocia Balloon and Culture Route Festival", balloons took off one after another after preparations began early in the morning.

Experienced pilots masterfully controlled balloons designed in various colors and models unique to the Festival in the skies of Cappadocia, while the dance of balloons in the mystical landscapes of the fairy chimneys, which is unique in the world, fascinated the audience.

Turkey's Culture Route Festivals began this year on August 5th in Cappadocia, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, and have been held since 2021. Organized as one of the most comprehensive world cultural and art projects, Turkey's Culture Route Festivals will be held this year in 11 provinces. After the Cappadocia Balloon and Cultural Route Festival, which took place from August 5th to 13th, festivals will also be held in the Turkish provinces of Trabzon, Erzurum, Çanakkale, Gaziantep, Ankara, Konya, Istanbul, Diyarbakır,
İzmir, and Antalya.
