(Patria) - Last night around 6:00 PM, a doctor from the "Prim. dr Silva Rizvanbegović" Emergency Medical Service informed the Operational Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton that a man was brought to this health institution with injuries inflicted by a sharp object, and that after attempts to provide medical assistance, death was confirmed.
It was determined that the deceased was A.K., born in 1991 in Sarajevo, residing in Trnovo.
Police officers of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, under the supervision of the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, conducted an investigation and took a series of measures and actions aimed at clarifying all the circumstances under which the death of the 33-year-old man occurred.
On the same evening, in the area of Ilidža municipality, A.M., born in 1999 in Žepče, residing in Ilidža, was deprived of liberty due to grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Murder (Article 166. of the Criminal Code of FBiH) to the detriment of A.K.
The arrested person is undergoing criminal processing in the official premises of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, after which he will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.
