SARAJEVO, (Patria) - An experimental concert for 1,000 people will be held in the park in Ilidža on July 16, and more details were revealed at today's press conference. The concert organizer is CINEA Music, and it is being realized with the support of the Municipality of Ilidža and the Tourist Board of KS.
Nermin Muzur, Mayor of Ilidža Municipality, Kenan Musić, concert organizer and producer, and Dr. Anisa Bajramović from the KS Institute of Public Health addressed the press conference.
“This is the first time in almost 18 months that a concert for this number of people will be held in Sarajevo Canton, without observing epidemiological measures, with the possibility of consuming food and drinks on site,” stated the Sarajevo Youth Film Festival press release.
The FM JAM crew DJ Soul, Merakool, Indigo DJ, as well as Stoposto and Geko, will perform and warm up the atmosphere in the Ilidža park, while the stars of the evening will be Turkish producers and DJs Mahmut Orhan and Burak Yeter, who will entertain the audience until late at night. The concert starts at 8 PM.
People who have recovered from coronavirus, those who have been vaccinated, as well as those who test negative for the COVID-19 virus will be able to attend the concert.
In practice, this will mean that when purchasing tickets, visitors will have the opportunity to present either a vaccination certificate or proof of having recovered from coronavirus, while those who are not vaccinated or have not recovered from coronavirus will select the testing option.
Ticket sales begin on June 25 via the Joyo system at www.cinea.ba.
Individuals attending the concert with a negative PCR test will be obliged to retest, which will be organized 7 days after the concert. Testing and retesting will be included in the ticket price.
When purchasing tickets, visitors will be given clear instructions on how to submit certificates, as well as clear instructions on where and when their testing will take place. Detailed instructions for arriving at the concert will also be issued. The automation of the system allows for the purchased ticket to become valid the moment each visitor is verified, and its scanning at the concert venue allows entry. People who buy a ticket and whose test is positive are entitled to a refund.
The concert will be monitored by epidemiologists from the KS Institute of Public Health, and nearly 100 people are involved in the organization and realization of the entire event. The concert will also be used to conduct a health study for the needs of the KS Ministry of Health. The concert is held with the consent of the KS Ministry of Health.
The organizers and partners of the concert agree that this is a project that will position Ilidža, Sarajevo Canton, and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the map of events in July, and an event that will surely attract a portion of tourists, as the concert is intended for both foreign and domestic guests.
