Mutap remains in SIPA for 24 hours, Prosecutor's Office move expected

(Patria) - The questioning of arrested persons for obstructing the investigation in the case of “Dženan Memić” has been completed at SIPA premises. The defense of the arrested Zijad Mutap, father of Alisa Mutap, the former girlfriend of Dženan who was with him on the night he sustained fatal injuries in Velika aleja in Ilidža, confirmed that Mutap will be detained for 24 hours.

The next steps depend on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e., what proposals it will put forward. 

We recall, SIPA officers arrested Mutap today in Sarajevo for obstructing the investigation, as well as Hasan Dupovac, the former head of traffic investigations at the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
