Man kills wife and son in Kalesija, police searching for him

(Patria) - Two people were killed in Kalesija during the past night. A man, as Istraga learns, killed his (ex)wife and his thirteen-year-old son. He is currently on the run.

“I can only confirm that a double murder occurred. More details will be known later,” said Admir Arnautović, spokesperson for the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office, for Istraga.ba.

The double murder, as we learn, took place in the urban area of Kalesija. Members of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior are searching for the killer.

According to still unconfirmed information, the married couple was formally divorced, but after the divorce they lived in the same apartment in Kalesija. The mother of the murdered woman reported to the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior last night that her daughter was not answering her phone. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found the bodies of the woman and her thirteen-year-old son. Sources from Istraga within the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior emphasize that the killer did not use either firearms or cold weapons, which is why it is suspected that death occurred by suffocation.
