Muriz Memić on the anniversary of his son's death: We will organize protests in front of the OHR, we are very close to the murderers

(Patria) - In Velika aleja, at the "Ranjeni kamen" memorial, the father of the murdered young man Dženan Memić, Muriz Memić, addressed those present today, saying that seven years have passed and they still don't know the truth. 

"My lawyer and I know everything, and the BiH Prosecutor's Office knows too, we are officially waiting to find out the truth. This country has tried everything to hide an obvious murder. We have won all those battles, because you know who we have challenged. The murder investigation is ongoing, and I can tell the murderers from this spot that we are very close to them. We are very close, we have evidence, and for the first time I say that if the state doesn't do it, I will do it with a clear conscience. The accomplices of the murderers will remain alive, but this will certainly not remain unresolved. The murderers are known, the accomplices are known, but do we have to seek justice this way? It makes no sense to wait any longer. It means a lot to me that you came," Memić said. 

He stated that the lawyers of the accused who were tried before the BiH Court for fabricating evidence are asking RAK to ban him and his lawyer from public appearances.

Memić said that in the spring he will organize protests in front of the OHR.

"That's all that's left, and we'll see if they react or if I will," Memić said.
