Muriz Memić and Ifet Feraget meet with the President of HJPC, more details to be known after the meeting

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Muriz Memić, father of the murdered young man Dženan Memić, will hold a meeting on May 22 with his lawyer Ifet Feraget and the President of the HJPC Milan Tegeltija and vice-presidents Jadranka Lokmić-Misirača and Ružica Jukić. The meeting starts at 2 PM, and after the meeting, Memić and Feraget will give statements to the media in front of the BiH Court building.

Memić told the Patria agency that the main demand is the resignation of Dalida Burzić, Chief Prosecutor of the KS Prosecutor's Office, with criminal and material liability.

- I will inform the President of the HJPC about all the irregularities in the case of my son's murder and the inaction of the KS Prosecutor's Office, which concealed evidence, claiming it did not exist. This is a case where nine prosecutors have been changed, why if it was a traffic accident - Memić said.

Last week, Memić and his lawyer met with HJPC Vice-President Jukić, to whom all the findings and mistakes of the KS Prosecutor's Office were presented. The Memić family has already filed criminal charges against one expert witness and prosecutor Sead Kreštalica, and they will do so against all other prosecutors and expert witnesses who, according to them, made false findings.

The trial of Ljubo and Bekrija Seferović for causing a traffic accident and obstructing justice in the case of Dženan Memić's death will continue at the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo on May 22. The trial is nearing its end, and the Memić family expects a new investigation into Dženan Memić's murder after the proceedings are concluded. We remind you that for more than two years, it has not been known how Memić sustained the injuries in Velika aleja on February 8, 2016, from which he died on February 15, 2016.
