MUP TK in action: Weapons, ammunition, narcotics, phones seized...

(Patria) - Police officers of the competent police administrations and the Criminal Police Sector of the MUP TK Police Administration, within their regular duties and tasks of preventing and detecting criminal offenses and their perpetrators and misdemeanors, especially in the area of drug abuse and illegal possession of weapons and ammunition, during 08/24/2023 and 08/25/2023, acting on the orders of competent courts and under the supervision of acting Prosecutors of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton, searched several residential and other buildings, vehicles, and persons from the area of Tuzla Canton (Tuzla, Gradačac, Srebrenik, Kladanj, Živinice, Kalesija (Sapna), and Banovići).

During the search, items related to the commission of criminal offenses were found and temporarily seized:

during the search of the house, vehicle, and person E.H. (1987) from Gradačac, 10 rounds of pistol ammunition caliber 7.65mm were found and temporarily seized, while during the search of the house, auxiliary buildings, and vehicle of person R.B. (1989) from Kladanj, a "CZ" brand pistol with an attached magazine and 7 rounds of ammunition caliber 7.65 mm, a "Zoraki" brand pistol with an attached magazine and 4 rounds of ammunition, seven shotgun shells caliber 12 mm - buckshot for a shotgun, one round of ammunition for an automatic rifle, a box of "Raiser" ammunition containing 25 rounds of ammunition for a gas pistol, a glass container with a green lid containing a white powdery substance resembling a narcotic drug, a PVC bag containing a white powdery substance resembling a narcotic drug, a PVC foil with traces of a white powdery substance, and two mobile phones were found and temporarily seized.

During the search of the vehicle of H.B. (1978) from Kladanj, one mobile phone was found and temporarily seized, as well as from persons M.B. (1980) and Ć.O. (1992) from Kladanj.

Also, during the search of the family house, vehicle, and person A.U. (1998) from Živinice, approximately 50 grams of a grassy substance resembling a narcotic drug, as well as 1 hand grenade, so-called Kaškara, a digital scale for precise measurement, 14 rounds of ammunition caliber 8X57 mm, and 1 mobile phone were found and temporarily seized.

During the search of the family house and yard of the user H.M. (1995) from Tuzla, 1 metal plate with contents - a white substance resembling a narcotic drug, a bank card, and a piece of paper with traces of a white substance resembling a narcotic drug, a PVC foil containing a white substance resembling a narcotic drug, and two PVC bags with a white substance resembling a narcotic drug were found and temporarily seized. During the search of the family house of the user N.H. (1987) from Tuzla, a precision scale and a tablet with visible traces of a white powdery substance resembling a narcotic drug were found.

During the search of the family house of the user M.S. (1983) from Gradačac, 1 CZ 7.62 mm pistol with an attached magazine and 9 rounds of ammunition caliber 7.62 mm were found and temporarily seized, while during the search of the family house of the user N.H. (1970) from Sapna, Kalesija, 1 pistol, Czech Zbrojovka brand with an attached magazine and 20 rounds of ammunition were found and temporarily seized.

Work on documenting the criminal offenses in the mentioned cases will continue under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton.
