RS Ministry of Interior: Ten criminal offenses recorded on New Year's Eve

(Patria) - The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska announced that ten criminal offenses, five offenses related to public order and peace, and nine traffic accidents were recorded in RS on New Year's Eve.

The police in Banja Luka were informed that in an apartment, after a verbal and physical altercation, a wife stabbed her husband in the chest. The initials of the spouses are M.I. and M.I.

M.I. was sent to the University Clinical Center, and the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of Banja Luka was informed about the event, who qualified the event as domestic violence or violence in a family community.

In a catering facility in the Nevesinje area, a person from this town, with initials S.S., physically attacked and injured a person from Novi Sad, with initials N.V. The police arrested S.S., and the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of Trebinje was informed about the event, who qualified the event as a criminal offense of bodily injury.

The police station in Istočna Ilidža was informed that an unidentified person or persons forcibly stole a safe containing an undetermined amount of money from a legal entity. The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of Istočno Sarajevo was informed about this, who qualified the act as aggravated theft.

Police officers are taking measures prescribed by law to find the perpetrators of the criminal offense.

The police station in Bijeljina was informed that an unknown man smashed the entrance door and inventory of a catering facility in this city, as well as the glass entrance door leading from the back of the mentioned facility, and fled.

Police officers went to the scene and informed the duty prosecutor about the event.

The mentioned offenses were committed last night from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM this morning.
