During the operational action codenamed “Robi”, police officers of the Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse of the MUP KS on Wednesday 13.07.2016 at 12:10 PM in Gradačkačka Street, municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, conducted a personal search of individuals: S.D., born in 1993 in Sarajevo, S.D., born in 1989 in Sarajevo, and O.A., born in 1995 in Sarajevo, where they reside, as well as a search of the apartment used by S.D. in Geteova Street, municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, reports the BH news agency Patria.
On that occasion, O.A. was found to be in possession of and had confiscated two tablets resembling the narcotic drug ecstasy and one packet with a substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine. S.D. was found to be in possession of and had confiscated ten packets with a substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine and one tablet resembling the narcotic drug ecstasy, while S.D. was found to be in possession of and had confiscated one packet with a substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine, two digital scales, and ten 9 mm caliber bullets.
A search was conducted of the house used by K.I. in Novopazarska Street, municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, who is currently on the run. On that occasion, 544 tablets resembling the narcotic drug ecstasy, approximately 314 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug amphetamine, and approximately 2,250 grams of a plant-based substance resembling the narcotic drug marijuana were found.
The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed, who ordered that a report be submitted to the competent Prosecutor's Office against K.I., O.A., and S.D., due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, and against S.D., due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of possession and enabling the use of narcotic drugs and Article 52 of the Law on Narcotic Drugs.
Police officers are working intensively to find and arrest K.I., born in 1989 in Goražde, residing in Sarajevo.
