MUP KS and KS Prosecutor's Office without confirmation: Dženan Memić's killers arrested

MUP KS spokesperson Irfan Nefić could not comment on the information published by some media that a married couple of Roma nationality, who inflicted fatal injuries on Dženan Memić on February 8 in Velika aleja in Ilidža while he was walking with his girlfriend Alisa Mutap, have been arrested for the murder, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Also, KS Prosecutor's Office spokesperson Azra Bavčić told Patria that they have not been informed about the arrest of the suspects.

We recall, the initial information from MUP KS stated that the young man was hit by a car, and it later turned out that he sustained injuries from a blunt object. The KS Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation into the murder by an unknown perpetrator, but to date no details have been revealed that could shed light on the young man's death.

During the investigation by the KS Prosecutor's Office, it turned out that one police officer gave two different reports about the events on the night of February 8, 2016.
