Mujanović: By being late for work, Hadžići Mayor Hamdo Ejubović damaged the budget by almost 90 thousand KM

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - An important segment that we as a society need to pay attention to is the work discipline of employees in public service. Why are employees in the private sector not spared, nor forgiven any form of disrespect for working hours, breaks during working hours, and why is this strictly recorded, while on the other hand we have an example that these rules only exist on paper, asks the councilor of the Independent Bloc in the Hadžići Municipal Council Admir Mujanović.

"In the municipality of Hadžići, working hours start at 8:00 AM, Mayor Hamdo Ejubović (SDA) arrives at his workplace up to two hours after the start of working hours. The mayor's hourly wage is 16.50 KM, two hours a day is 33 KM, and monthly 726 KM for 22 working days, which amounts to 8,712 KM annually, and for 10 years of his mandate, that figure is 87,120 KM. Because of this kind of arrogance, we as a society are sinking. Many of our pensioners cannot afford medicine, parents do not have money for food, shoes, clothes for their children, while our assets are being misused in this and similar ways," Mujanović stated.

He adds that this "must be stopped".

"The municipality is not private property, and one cannot behave as they please. It is mandatory and urgent to use a time tracking device for working hours and breaks during working hours, in order to put an end to this. When all people who manage citizens' assets understand that they are there for the needs of the citizens, that they receive their compensation for their work regularly and on time, when they understand that their job is to help people solve their needs, and to strictly adhere to working hours and respect the regulations from the employment contract they signed when starting their employment in public service, everyone will be better off," Mujanović concluded. .
