(Patria) – Restaurants and nightclubs in Moscow are prohibited from serving guests between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM for the next two months, during which the new measure will remain in effect.
The Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, announced on his website that the measures to combat the Covid-19 epidemic will be in effect from November 13 to January 15.
During this time, classes in schools will be held 'remotely'.
Russia confirmed 20,977 new coronavirus infections and 368 deaths on Tuesday alone.
The total outcome of the epidemic in that country so far is 1,817,109, making it fifth on the world list, just behind the USA, India, Brazil, and France, reports Reuters.
