
TUZLA, (Patria) - All persons ordered to self-isolate for 14 days are obliged to comply fully. This applies to persons who were ordered this measure at road border crossings and airports, persons who received a decision from the city sanitary inspection, and persons who were informed by phone by the Hygiene-Epidemiological Service of the Tuzla Health Center to self-isolate.
Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tuzla Canton are checking on citizens who have been ordered to self-isolate due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Persons who have not yet received decisions from the border or city inspection regarding self-isolation, but have been informed by the Hygiene-Epidemiological Service of the Tuzla Health Center about the self-isolation measure, are hereby informed that they will receive the decisions by mail. Lists of all persons from the City of Tuzla who have been ordered to self-isolate are regularly submitted to the Tuzla Police Administration, whose officers are checking compliance with the ordered measure in the field.
Non-compliance with the ordered measure is subject to a fine of 2,000-10,000 KM (Articles 65-70 of the Law on Protection of Population from Infectious Diseases of FBiH) and imprisonment of up to one year (Article 225 of the Criminal Code of FBiH).
