(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo tonight issued a decision ordering one-month detention for Elvir Jusufović, Senad Dervišević, and Zijad Jusufović.
Detention was ordered due to the existence of a founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of aggravated theft under Article 287, Paragraph 1, Point a) and Paragraph 2, Point a) of the Criminal Code of FBiH, in conjunction with Article 31 of the same Law.
Detention for the aforementioned trio may last until 12/26/2025 or until a new court decision.
The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office (KS) proposed to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo to order detention due to the risk that they might conceal evidence if at liberty and due to the risk of re-offending.
Elvir Jusufović, Senad Dervišević, and Zijad Jusufović are suspected of committing aggravated theft in the Vogošća area on 11/24/2025-11/25/2025, stealing money amounting to 70,000 KM and 22,000 euros from a safe owned by a private individual, as well as other items.
During a search of an apartment in the Ilijaš area, used by the suspects, a portion of the stolen money and some of the stolen items were found.
