Prohibition measures for three suspects in preparation of a criminal offense

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has imposed prohibition measures on Seluedin Duraković, Alen Fazlagić, and Elvir Javorovac. They were arrested on Friday by FUP officers under the order of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office.

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo issued a decision imposing prohibition measures on the suspects, prohibiting them from visiting certain places or areas, as well as prohibiting them from meeting each other.

The prohibition includes a ban on any form of communication between the named suspects.

The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office requested that Fazlagić and Javorovac be detained, but the court rejected this.

The Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office announced that the arrested individuals are suspected of preparing to commit a criminal offense, while Duraković is also suspected of possessing narcotic drugs.

This trio was arrested last week in the area of Milići while transporting an explosive device in a car, but after questioning, the Prosecutor's Office in East Sarajevo decided to release them, after which the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office and the Federal Police Administration reacted.
