Is Mirsad Kebo Submitting Forged Documentation to the BiH Prosecutor's Office!?

A significant portion of the documentation that FBiH Vice President Mirsad Kebo receives from "citizens" and forwards to the BiH Prosecutor's Office, relating to the alleged role of Šefik Džaferović and Sakib Mahmuljin in war crimes, and the existence of an Iranian training center in Zenica, is a classic forgery, a source from OSA (Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH) told Patria.

- I will mention just one example. A document, or rather information, dated October 10, 1995, looks like it was typed on a computer and printed just now. At that time, everything was done on typewriters, and this one submitted by the FBiH Vice President was created using IT technology that was not available even in the State Security Service or Public Security Centers at the time. It will not be difficult to determine the authenticity of this document, our source explains.

A current employee of OSA, who was an active member of AID or FOSS during the war and post-war period, also states that the information in Kebo's document is incorrect and that the lecturers at Pogorelica were Omer Škaljo and Nermin Čošagić, who were trainees themselves, but only at the end of 1995.

- Someone will have to answer for forging documents, for accusing people. Anyone familiar with the work of police and intelligence structures knows that the head of the SDB Sarajevo at the time, Enver Mujezinović, and the head of the CSB Zenica, Šefik Džaferović, had no coordination whatsoever, because Zenica was not within Sarajevo's territorial jurisdiction at all. This is another lie in this forged documentation, Patria's interlocutor explains.

The investigation by the BiH Prosecutor's Office should reveal how many of the submitted documents are forged and who is behind it.

The documentation that Kebo sent to the BiH Prosecutor's Office regarding Džaferović's alleged involvement in a war crime in Vozuća is also a complete forgery.

- How serious Kebo's claims are is best seen from the reference to an alleged official note made on August 18, 1994, which speaks of entering the liberated town of Vozuća. It is known that Vozuća was liberated only in September 1995. Furthermore, Kebo claims in a letter sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the alleged event occurred on April 18, 1994, and I became the head of the Security Services Center Zenica three months later, i.e., on July 15, 1994 - Džaferović stated.

What the false information about the activities of the Iranian secret service says

-We are providing you with information obtained from our operational workers in the field, which relates to the existence and operation of an advanced center with personnel and equipment. The advanced outpost is located in our municipality, specifically in the settlement of Crkvice, at house number 142, privately owned.

Namely, according to information from the field, the outpost was active in the period 1993-1995. The outpost was equipped with appropriate equipment, most likely listening devices, and personnel, as mentioned, Iranian citizens. The outpost also served the Training Center Pogorelica, Fojnica municipality, where our operational workers were also present as lecturers, namely Omer Škaljo and Nermin Čošagić.

The outpost, with its personnel and belongings, was vacated in May 1995, and we are providing you with this information for your knowledge. The outpost in Zenica, as well as the logistical support for the Training Center Pogorelica, was visited and overseen by the head of CSB Zenica, Šefik Džaferović, in coordination with the head of the SDB Sarajevo sector, Enver Mujezinović.
