Around 60 dairy farmers from the municipalities of Kalesija and Živinice will hold a peaceful protest walk through Tuzla, reports the Patria news agency.
The farmers, who will drive tractors along the northern and southern main roads, decided on this move due to the long delay in subsidy payments.
Given that the dairy producers had announced today's protest earlier, two days ago the relevant minister stated that funds for subsidies for the fourth quarter of last year had been paid. However, this did not deter the farmers from the protest walk, FTV reports.
