Renowned BiH photographer Haris Memija will present a performance on Thursday, October 22nd at 6:30 PM, titled "The Scent of a Picture" - "Exhibition of Photographs without Photographs" at the Hanikah of the Gazi Husrev-bey Madrasa in Sarajevo, writes the Patria News Agency.
The author aims to draw attention to the true and primordial values of humanity while simultaneously offering a critique of the alienation of the digital age.
With silence and a discreetly lit space with candles, the atmosphere will enhance the sense of smell for exhibition visitors, and an original author's work, never seen before, will be exhibited.
Prof. Nermina Zildžo, Prof. Amra Zulfikarpašić, director and innovator Nedžad Begović, and the Minister of Culture and Sports of Sarajevo Canton Samer Rešidat will address the attendees.
