The smell of the kitchen spreads through the UNITIC hall: Visitors enjoy the first food festival in Sarajevo

Sarajevo is hosting the first Foodini Good Food Fest on Wednesday, an interesting food festival, which is open from 8 AM to 8 PM at the UNITIC business center, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

At the good food festival, chefs from exhibiting restaurants prepare delicious delicacies in front of guests. Festival visitors have the opportunity to try BiH specialties, as well as food from various parts of the world – Japanese sushi, delicious French pastries, Finnish salmon soup, vegetarian specialties from Germany...

The organizer of the festival said that the goal of the Foodini Good Food Fest is to promote local cuisine, as gastronomy and tourism are two important items in the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition, the goal of the festival is to enrich the festival offer in the cities where this festival will be held, and in the first year, besides Sarajevo, the interesting event will be held in Banja Luka and Mostar, reports Patria.

Exhibitors at the first Foodini festival are: Kimono sushi bar (Sarajevo), Vukov konak (Sarajevo), French bakery Maison Coco (Sarajevo), Natura food (Austria/BiH), Jami (Sarajevo), Gusto e Sapore (Tuzla), Vrelo restaurant (Blagaj), Delimano (Sarajevo), Vučić Winery (Čitluk), Plava Prizma restaurant (Sarajevo), ToFi company and GastroID association (Sarajevo), and the German Embassy in BiH, reports NAP.
