RS Finance Minister to be heard at BiH Prosecutor's Office today, investigation into undermining constitutional order

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Minister of Finance of Republika Srpska Zora Vidović will be heard today at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH as part of the investigation launched by the Prosecutor's Office against several individuals from Republika Srpska on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Attack on the Constitutional Order.

Her cabinet confirmed yesterday that Vidović had received a summons for the hearing scheduled for 1 PM.

As a reminder, MPs of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted a series of conclusions on December 10 regarding the transfer of competencies from the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the entity of Republika Srpska.

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina subsequently opened a case against several individuals due to, as they stated, well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Attack on the Constitutional Order.
