Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey: We are following the developments after Dodik's verdict, refrain from unilateral actions

(Patria) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey has commented on the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"We are closely and with concern following the developments after the court verdict of February 26, 2025, concerning Milorad Dodik, the president of the Republika Srpska entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Türkiye has always emphasized its strong support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Preserving peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina is only possible with common sense and restraint.

It is of great importance to refrain from unilateral actions and rhetoric that could undermine stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to seek solutions to problems through dialogue and reconciliation.

Türkiye will, as it has done so far, continue to provide all kinds of support for the peace and prosperity of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the future as well", the reaction states.
