Ministry of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton allocates funds for the participation of 30 companies at fairs in Tešanj and Zenica

(Patria) - The Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Samir Šibonjić, today signed grant agreements with 30 business entities
from this canton, who will participate in two important fairs in September
- the International Economy Fair Tešanj and the General BH Fair ZEPS in
Zenica.

The funds were allocated through a public call from the Ministry to support the participation of economic entities in fairs, and a total of KM 79,294 was allocated.

– This is something we do continuously – supporting our companies in presenting products and services at fairs. Our goal is to best present what our canton is known for: a strong economy, innovation, production. We are especially proud that two major fairs are being held in the ZDK – ZEPS in Zenica and the Tešanj Fair – said Minister Šibonjić.

The General BH Fair ZEPS will be held from September 10 to 13, while the International Economy Fair Tešanj is planned from September 24 to 27.

– Entrepreneurs are the key players of every fair. Without them, a fair has no meaning. Our support has a clear goal – to facilitate participation, open opportunities for new business, cooperation, and export. The arrival of more than 50 companies from the Republic of Turkey has already been announced for ZEPS, and the Konya region will participate with its officials and exhibitors at the Tešanj Fair. The Ministry of Economy will always be a partner to the economy, and it is up to you to conclude new contracts and expand your business – added Minister Šibonjić.

The director of the Zenica-based company E SOLUTIONS, Elma Vrače, emphasized the importance of institutional support in participating in fairs.

– I thank the Ministry of Economy for the trust shown. This is
an excellent opportunity for all of us to present our companies, meet new
partners, and open doors for future collaborations. We will certainly justify
this support – said Vrače.

Mehemed Šaćirović, director of the Zenica-based company ProComp, shares the positive opinion.

– I truly commend this initiative of the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
I thank the Prime Minister and the Minister for the support they provide to entrepreneurs. Such incentives mean a lot, as fair participation involves significant costs. I hope that this form of support will continue in the future, and even expand further – emphasized Šaćirović.
