Minister wants changes to agricultural incentives in Sarajevo Canton

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Minister of Economy of Sarajevo Canton Adnan Delić signed a Decision yesterday appointing a Professional Commission for the analysis and drafting of amendments, and possibly a new text of the Law on financial incentives in agriculture in the Sarajevo Canton, with the aim of improving the procedures related to the allocation of financial incentives in agricultural production.

"In accordance with this decision, the Professional Commission is obliged, after a detailed and professional analysis of the text of the mentioned law, to propose the necessary amendments to this law or, if necessary, to propose the drafting of a new text of the Law on financial incentives in agriculture in the KS area," said Minister Delić.

In accordance with the Decision, the Professional Commission is obliged, within the next four months, to prepare a draft law, conduct a public debate on this draft, and two months after the conclusion of the public debate, to prepare a proposal for the relevant law, as well as a report on the work of the Commission, which will be submitted to the Minister.
