(Patria) - An incident occurred in Munich when a young man drove a car into people at a Verdi rally.
The incident happened near the BiH Consulate, and the Israeli consulate is also located nearby.
"The car crashed into the demonstrators. People are lying on the street, and the young man was taken away by the police. People are sitting on the ground, crying and shaking," journalist Sandra Demmelhuber posted on X.
Munich police announced that a major police operation is currently underway in the area of Dachauer Straße/Seidlstraße.
"We are on the scene with strong forces," they stated.
German media report that 15 people were injured.
