Serbian diplomat Dušan Bataković revealed that Slobodan Milošević's widow Mirjana Marković brought as much as four billion dollars into Russia. Therefore, as he says, it should not be surprising that she has been protected like a "polar bear" in exile in Moscow for 11 years, reports the Patria News Agency.

- Milošević's wife lives in a protected facility which is a kind of "Russian Karađorđevo", where the Russian army protects her. I asked a Russian ambassador how it is that Mira Marković is guarded by the army in Moscow, that she lives in a protected large facility. He looked at me sympathetically and told me: "Well, dear colleague, if you had brought four billion dollars into Russia, the army would protect you too."
