Milinić in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH: Dodik walked around like a headless chicken when they confiscated his trailer of cigarettes

Former BiH ambassador to Russia Gordan Milinić testified for a full 4 hours yesterday in the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. He says he cannot discuss details, as that would compromise the investigation, reports the Patria news agency.

- The Prosecutor's Office of BiH offered me the status of a protected witness under a pseudonym. I said I don't need any pseudonym, everyone knows who Gordan Milinić is and I will testify under my own name, and it is up to the security authorities to react and they have already taken measures for my protection, said Milinić.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH already had certain knowledge about Dodik's criminal activities, says Milinić.

-President Milorad Dodik is demanding the destruction of the Court of BiH solely for his own sake, not for the sake of fighters, not for Serbian victims, but for himself, because he knows that investigations are being conducted against him, said Milinić.

Milinić says that Dodik has always acted only for personal interest and power.

-I witnessed the affair when Dodik, like a headless chicken, walked around the Government of Republika Srpska and shouted – 'They confiscated my trailer, I am a deputy.' And in Doboj, his trailers of cigarettes were confiscated and General Mladić immediately distributed those cigarettes to the fighters. The government should have arrested Dodik then, but Momčilo Krajišnik protected him, saying that Serbian deputies should not be arrested, said Milinić.

The judiciary in Banja Luka rejected my testimony, says Milinić. He points out that with the change of government at the BiH level, changes also occurred in the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, so they are open to new evidence.

Milinić claims he is ready to face Dodik.

-I call him and tell him he has two options - either to resign or to go with me to a polygraph, but again Dodik will have to resign, says Milinić, reported BNTV.
