Mijatović: We expect SIPA's reaction regarding the purchase of the mobile hospital

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - I publicly ask the RS Prosecutor's Office and the State Investigation and Protection Agency to, based on the filed criminal complaint for the illegal purchase of the mobile hospital, proceed with all investigative actions and immediately arrest the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, as well as the acting director of the Public Health Institute of Republika Srpska, Branislav Zeljković, and all others involved in the disputed purchase, said Vojin Mijatović, Vice-President of SDP BiH.

"It is completely clear that with today's decision to terminate the contract for the purchase of the hospital in question, the actors themselves have confirmed the criminal offense, and all conditions for their arrest exist. We expect a prompt reaction from the State Investigation and Protection Agency," says Mijatović. 

Otherwise, today the Republican Headquarters made a decision for the Institute to initiate the procedure for annulling the contract and return the paid 4.2 million KM for the mobile hospital because the contract was not fulfilled and not all equipment was delivered.
