Migrants attack minor in Trebinje

(Patria) - Migrants attacked a minor girl in the Trebinje area today, her father Dražen Marić confirmed for ATV.

Everything happened today after 3 p.m., on the road from Dživar to the Trebinje village of Zgonjevo.

Marić says his daughter came home scared and crying, telling him that migrants had attacked her.

The girl was on a bicycle when the migrants tried to stop her, and one of them waved at her and gestured for her to follow him into the woods. The girl quickly escaped.

The Trebinje Police Department told ATV that they immediately went to the scene and, together with members of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, arrested the aforementioned migrants.

The girl's father recounted that there were eight migrants, seven men and one woman, and that he saw them.

He is afraid because his daughter passes that road every day, and he appealed to the authorities to react when it comes to migrants who cross from Croatia into BiH territory daily.

- There are migrants here, and we have warned about this daily, but no one has taken any action. Sometimes the border service passes by, and even that is rare - added Marić.
