Managers spent a working day in Klas production

Heads of services and sectors of the Klas company spent their working day today in production facilities, where they directly participated with workers in the production of flour, bakery, confectionery and pastry products, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

This action was realized for the first time at Klas, under the name "Managers in Production", and the goal was to strengthen mutual trust and respect, as well as to remind that the core business of this company is precisely food production.

Senaida Tabić, Vasvija Poljo and Elma Divović helped in packaging tea biscuits and rolls, while Adnan Hodžić, Smail Korajlić and Almir Tekač spent the day in Velepekara, working on the flatbread and puff pastry line, and packaging cakes.

- The experience is useful. For some, this was their first encounter with production facilities and the busy atmosphere. We saw what our colleagues in Production do, socialized with them, and we hope that with our effort and dedication, we have made at least one working day easier for them. This was a good opportunity for team building - concluded the Klas managers together.
