Memić after the verdict: The fight continues, I will not leave them alone

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Now we are back at the beginning. While the judge was reading the verdict, I asked myself who sat and concocted these lies. Because a group must have sat and conspired on how it would be that Ljubo came, that Dženan came. Not a single word of this indictment is true, he said in his first reaction after the acquittal of Ljubo and Bekrija Seferović. 

"Dalida Burzić, leader of organized crime in BiH, former chief cantonal prosecutor. Sead Kreštalica, Meris Ćato, former commissioner Vahid Ćosić, former commissioner Mevludin Halilović, Ševal Kovačević, that is a special kind of inhuman person. He made up how Dženan twisted, used our words that Dženan was an athlete. Now we are at the beginning, but let it last as long as it will. I told them long ago to sleep in their sneakers. I expect the State Prosecutor's Office to start making arrests. It is known who should be arrested. I will not leave anyone alone. It happened in Ilidža, I return to Ilidža. One politician says he is the father in Ilidža. I will be the father in Ilidža, a child was killed in his yard," said Memić. 

Memić also thanked lawyer Ifet Feraget and Seferović's lawyer Rusmir Karkin, who was with them all the time. 

"This was an unprecedented fight. In front of us we had the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, the Federal Prosecutor's Office with former federal prosecutor Zdravko Knežević, who sent me a message through a man when he retired: 'The mafia was stronger, I could not do anything.' They tried something through Ištvan Bodolo, I will tell Bodolo to say hello to Milan Tegeltija, it did not work for you. This was reported to the State Prosecutor's Office before Sead Kreštalica brought it to this court. The Federal Prosecutor's Office, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, FUP, OSA, SIPA, all were against us. I have everything in writing, I will arrange it all one day. They all answered me that the investigation was conducted as best as ever seen. And here we see what happened, we see this circus. Muriz did this for all the children in BiH. So that it never happens to anyone again. I cannot bring Dženan back, but I think many children have been killed in this way without the truth being known," said Memić. 

Memić said that the Cantonal Court has upheld the honor of the judiciary.
