(Patria) - SDS MP Dragan Mektić requested a break on behalf of the SDS Club, because there is not a single minister from the Council of Ministers of BiH in the Hall where the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament is meeting, nor the chairman Zoran Tegeltija.
"We are discussing how to help the economy, you see their attitude," said Mektić, referring to the rules of procedure and the obligation to be present.
Chairman of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Nebojša Radmanović, said that Tegeltija had left the hall five minutes ago, and that the rules of procedure do not quite say what Mektić interprets, but he had to set a 15-minute break.
The break came at the moment of discussing amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, which, at the proposal of Denis Zvizdić, is being considered under an urgent legislative procedure.
One of the measures states that in order to mitigate the negative effects of the crisis, the Council of Ministers can make a decision to postpone the deadline for VAT payment.
