Nusret Imamović from Gornja Maoča Among World's Top 10 Terrorists

The US State Department has placed Nusret Imamović from Bosnia and Herzegovina, considered the leader of the Wahhabi movement from Gornja Maoča, on the list of the ten biggest world terrorists, reports the BiH news agency Patria.  

On the official website of the State Department, it is stated, among other things, that Imamović has been actively supporting violent extremism since his arrival in Syria, and it is now believed that he is fighting for the terrorist group Al-Nusrah.

In addition to ten individuals, the State Department has also named two terrorist groups, all with the aim of countering the threats posed by foreign terrorist fighters.

The two terrorist organizations designated, consisting of foreign fighters, are the Chechen group Jaish al-Muhajireen Wal-Ansar (JAMWA) - founded in February 2013, and the Moroccan group Harakat Sham al-Islam (HSI) - founded in August 2013.

Among the designated "global terrorists", besides Imamović, are Amru al-Absi, Salim Benghalem, Mohammed Abdel-Halim Hemaida Saleh, Lavdrim Muhaxheri, Murad Margoshvili, Muhannad al-Najdi, Abdessamad Fateh, Abd al-Baset Azzouz, and Maalim Salman.

Incidentally, Wahhabis in BiH have developed their internet network very well, and it is managed by their chief Nusret Imamović from Gornja Maoča. Through these portals, young people are recruited to go to the battlefields in Syria with the explanation that, if they are true Muslims, they must join the global jihad.

At the end of December last year, Nusret Imamović illegally left BiH and went to Syria via Istanbul. 

Intelligence agencies of BiH have data that currently, there are 154 citizens of BiH, members of the Wahhabi movement from BiH, in Syria alone. All of them went to Syria through Slovenia, then Vienna, to Istanbul, where they are met by "special forces" and brought into the country through secret channels. Allegedly, in Vienna, each of them receives about 10,000 euros in cash, and they charge 2,000 euros per month for fighting in Syria.

According to data from American intelligence services, Vienna is the center of Wahhabi radicalism and terrorism in Southeast Europe.
