Mašović: Verdict for joint criminal enterprise means arrests of RS military and political establishment

The director of the Institute for Missing Persons of BiH, Amor Mašović, is also present at the sentencing of the criminal Radovan Karadžić. In a telephone statement for the Patria news agency, he emphasized that for him the most important thing is that Karadžić be convicted for three joint criminal enterprises.

- These are international hostages, the terrorization of Sarajevo, and genocide. If the verdict goes in that direction, then responsibility spreads from him to the institutions. That is, to the entire political and military establishment from the time of the aggression.

The legal consequences would be the arrest of all commanders, assistants, deputies, chiefs of the RS Army, RS MUP, and JNA, as well as all members of the wartime presidencies and crisis staffs in all municipalities in BiH, Mašović explains.
