Massacre in the USA: At Least Six People Killed, Including Mother and Baby

(Patria) - Six people were killed in a house in California in the city of Goshen, ABC News reports. Among the dead are a 17-year-old girl and her six-month-old baby, both shot in the head. Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said there were survivors and that at least two people, still at large, are suspected of the attack. 

"We believe this was a personal, targeted attack on the family and we believe a message was intended to be sent," Boudreaux said, Index reports.

Authorities believe gangs were involved in this incident. "Some victims were found in the house, while others were found on the street. One man who was found injured when deputies arrived was later pronounced dead at the hospital," the sheriff said.

"We have potential information that we hope will lead to potential suspects, but I cannot disclose it to the public at this time," Boudreaux told reporters.
