Mario Mamić to be released from prison, decision for Zdravko tomorrow

The County Court in Zagreb has not yet made a decision on accepting Zdravko Mamić's bail. It is still unknown whether Zdravko Mamić can be released from Remetinec based on real estate as bail. A hearing will be held tomorrow, where experts will be called to clarify matters, reports the Patria News Agency.

Bail has been accepted for Mario Mamić, while it has been rejected for Sandra Stipančić. A new hearing for Zdravko Mamić is scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30 AM. The court will then decide on his bail.

"The judge will call an expert tomorrow to determine whether the proposed bail is sufficient for Zdravko Mamić's release," said USKOK prosecutor Sven Mišković.

Mamić's lawyer, Jadranka Sloković, was not inclined to give statements, writes Index.
