Fewer citizen complaints about the work of officials of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Members of the Citizens' Complaints Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, led by Committee Chairman Vjekoslav Vuković, met today with the Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, Mirsad Vilić, and his associates.

The meeting participants discussed the previous cooperation between the Committee and the Directorate, as well as the cases reviewed by the Citizens' Complaints Committee in the previous reporting period. It was concluded that the Complaints Committee received fewer citizen complaints compared to the previous year, indicating that standards in the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies have been raised to the highest level.

Director Vilić expressed the Directorate's commitment to continue operating professionally and transparently within its legal competencies in the coming period, all with the aim, as he stated, of preserving a secure environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
