(Patria) - French President Emmanuel Macron announced that a conference on establishing a Palestinian state will be held in June 2025.
The conference will be organized by France and Saudi Arabia, according to French media.
Macron announced the planned conference on establishing a Palestinian state in a statement to journalists during his official visit to Saudi Arabia.
The French President said they decided to co-chair the conference with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman.
He added that the goal of the gathering is to intensify diplomatic initiatives in this process together with Saudi Arabia, but more details are not known.
