CRAZY, CONFUSED, PARLIAMENT ON CONTRIBUTIONS AND INCOME TAX LAWS SOME OTHER TIME

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the debate on the agenda of the 15th session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH, the SDA Club proposed to remove the items proposed by the FBiH Government, which are the draft laws on contributions and income tax.

The position was supported by the president of the Democratic Front Club, Alma Kratina.

MP and Minister of Finance of the FBiH, Jelka Milićević, stated that these are two important laws that have been in procedure for a long time, but that the Government decided in last night's coordination that it is not the right time to discuss important laws today.

Therefore, they withdrew the draft laws.

She said that the laws have already passed the Economic and Social Council and that all procedures have been followed.

After several criticisms regarding the absence of ministers at the sessions, Milićević said that out of 98 MPs, 40 are not present at the session and receive salaries regularly.

Damir Mašić, head of the SDP Club, said that this part regarding the laws could have been skipped.

"We should have been informed about this this morning. I am concerned that the reason for removing it from the agenda is the fact that there are not enough MPs. The SDP Club believes that these two laws, in the way they appeared, do not meet even the minimum required forms, because along with these laws, no projections were provided regarding their cost, correlation with funds, and minimum wages in the real sector," Mašić stated.

He reminded that the aforementioned two laws will not be processed without the law on salaries, as determined by a previous conclusion of the House of Representatives of the FBiH.

The Parliament of the Federation of BiH is again in a state of crazy, confused. No one is sure anymore who is cooperating with whom, and who is the opposition.
