SNSD LEADER DOES NOT LEAVE DIFFICULT QUESTIONS ASIDE - Osmorka RELIES ON PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE HEADED BY DODIK'S KAJGANIĆ!?

By Amina Čorbo-Zećo

Today we officially have a new Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH. She is a long-time member of HDZ and Dragan Čović's most loyal associate, Borjana Krišto. She was voted in by 23 MPs from SNSD and their partners, SDP, For New Generations, NES, BHI Fuad Kasumović, Our Party, HDZ, and two MPs from NIP (Mia Karamehić Abazović was not in the hall during the vote, although she attended the session).

The exposé is almost identical to all the previous ones we have heard. However, what is striking, and what Osmorka should pay particular attention to, are some details concerning limited constitutional changes, the establishment of a third channel, some necessary political consensus for BiH's accession to NATO, and legitimate representation.

These are also the main objections to Krišto's exposé raised by opposition MPs from SDA and DF.

Krišto's exposé did not address the resolution of state property issues, while at the same time, the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS) session was held, adopting the law on immovable property in RS, which was previously annulled by the Constitutional Court of BiH.

Milorad Dodik is furious, poisonous arrows towards BiH from his mouth do not stop pouring, so he publicly, loudly, and clearly states that 'despite cooperation with parties in Sarajevo, there will be no agreement or negotiations on state property because, as he claims, it does not belong to the state but to the entity, and on this, it will be seen 'whether Bosnia and Herzegovina will exist or not'.

And now it is clear that Osmorka's talk of a 'new Dodik' is an alibi for establishing power with SNSD. Besides empty phrases, SDA would also go into power with them, and the story of how they have been in power with SNSD and HDZ for years is a self-serving argument that they will do things differently. They also emphasize that they do not want blockades. But they never answer the key questions of how to function in BiH without blockades. The principle has long been established: either you blackmail, or you are blackmailed!

Osmorka defends itself ineptly. The leaders and members of the parties that make up Osmorka, in yet another deception of the public, call on the BiH Prosecutor's Office to react.

Thus, last night Zukan Helez (SDP) said that in the spirit of the new environment in which agreements and negotiations will take place, the BiH Prosecutor's Office must get involved, and someone will end up in prison because of what is happening in the NSRS.

Helez will most likely be the Minister of Defense of BiH, and given his long parliamentary experience, I doubt he doesn't know that Milanko Kajganić heads the BiH Prosecutor's Office, having been elected to this position with the mediation of SNSD and the personal choice of Milorad Dodik.

Therefore, it is illusory to expect Kajganić to punish Dodik for unconstitutional actions, whether it is for celebrating January 9th or adopting unconstitutional laws.

It remains, however, to politically fight Dodik and other 'Dodiks' who are actively working to destroy BiH, its territorial integrity, and sovereignty. Therefore, Osmorka is groundlessly saying that difficult questions will be left aside. Because Dodik and Čović will not do that. That is why Osmorka will very soon have to find adequate answers to the radical demands of SNSD and HDZ.

It is not only Helez who hopes the BiH Prosecutor's Office will react; other party leaders are doing the same, throwing dust in the eyes of BiH citizens.

Because so far, the BiH Prosecutor's Office has never reacted when we have the subversion of the constitutional order in BiH. That is why there have been blockades for years, not because pro-Bosnian parties gave Dodik and Čović what they wanted, but because they did not deliver it to them.

And, as time and experience have shown, Čović and Dodik want to fully achieve their political goals to avoid blockades.

Osmorka clearly has not shown them, except for the talk that they will work for the good and in the interest of the citizens so that we live better. And precisely because of that, I wonder how they then voted for Krišto, when she, for example, did not mention in her exposé the abolition of excise taxes and the reduction of the VAT rate, for which, for example, SDP MPs fought fiercely from the opposition in the previous term.
