HYPOCRISY They attacked Komšić for rejecting Lavrov, and now they accuse Alkalaj of being a Russian pawn, even though Russia supports HDZ demands

The amount of criticism received by the BiH Ambassador to the UN, Sven Alkalaj, who had a statesmanlike appearance before the UN Security Council, is unbelievable. The conclusion is simple, those who do not want the state of BiH and do not want statesmanlike ideas and do not follow the positions of those who are not afraid to tell even the greatest powers of the world what injustice is, are doing this!

And, precisely today, injustice from all sides has fallen on Alkalaj's shoulders, because he found the strength to be courageous, rather than regretting and complaining after the train has passed. This way, everything to everyone's face, non-violently, legally argued.

But, it is interesting how today they are trying to claim that BiH was supposedly with Russia!? Such assessments are extremely malicious and anti-state. Because telling the truth does not mean being with Russia, but it means having the courage to oppose unprincipled and harmful decisions for BiH and its citizens. We live an unjust peace – it is called Dayton. And today some criticize Alija Izetbegović for signing it. These same people today resent those who speak to the world powers about unjust and legally unfounded decisions, which are turning BiH into some kind of consociation!

Social networks are on fire, different policies are clashing there, but the arguments are fascinating. Željko Komšić, as well as Šefik Džaferović, are being tried to be linked to Russia in every way!?

“For those who claim that Alkalaj at the UN ‘sided with Russia’ because he fiercely attacked Schmidt, one question and answer: Do you know the only decision by the High Representative in the last 100 years that Moscow has not distanced itself from and condemned? The latest one on the Election Law. So much for that,” Denis Čarkadžić will write.

The problematization with this argument disappears!

Josip Juratović, a member of the SPD and the Bundestag, consciously 'got involved' in this story. No matter how much he distances himself from Dragan Čović and the HDZ, it is clear that he is one of the many who pushed Christian Schmidt to impose decisions. The official Government of Croatia publicly boasted that they, both publicly and secretly, urged the imposition of a decision on amendments to the Election Law and the Constitution of the FBiH in a way that suits the HDZ. And now, in the absence of other arguments, the do-gooders are 'passing off' agreement with Russia to us. Imagine, to us, BiH!?

“In the end, it turns out that BiH is an ally of Russia,” Juratović will state.

And, I will remind him, as well as the general public, that the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić refused on December 15, 2020, to attend the Presidency's meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, while on the same day the leader of the HDZ met with the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and during the meeting they discussed the alleged mutual commitment to preserving peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Fourteen months after December 15, 2020, the day on which Komšić rejected Lavrov due to disrespect for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the current Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament Dragan Čović bowed to him, and in light of Russia's attack on Ukraine, and in light of the HNS's threats of ethno-territorial reorganization of BiH, if amendments to the BiH Election Law are not made according to the HDZ's UZP model, which, it is not superfluous to mention, Russia supports, it seems justified to recall the messages that were sent then.

“What we had the opportunity to witness since he arrived in BiH, according to him, are not personal messages but messages from the country he represents. The absence of the state flag at the meeting with Dodik is not a protocol error. It is an apparatus that stands behind him and is perfectly informed about everything. We perceive this as a kind of belittling and denial of the institutions of the country he officially visited. The statement in which he welcomes the SNSD's resolution on military neutrality in case of accession to one or the other association also indicates that the Russian minister is perfectly informed and skillfully avoids the fact that such decisions can only be made by state bodies of BiH, i.e., that BiH has made decisions concerning its future in Euro-Atlantic integrations, and Dodik, with whom he met, participated in those decisions,” Komšić said at a press conference held after this diplomatic precedent, which was reported by almost all world media.

Do I need to mention that Komšić also went through hell from the same people who are persecuting Alkalaj today!

At that time, half of Europe was also bowing to Lavrov, the same ones who want to impose democracy on us today, a democracy that does not exist anywhere in the world.

First of all, one of the key sentences in Alkalaj's presentation should be highlighted: that BiH supports the institution of the Office of the High Representative, but that international friends are mistaken when they state that Schmidt has brought any functionality to the FBiH. Reality will show that functionality is only what means fulfilling the HDZ's ultimatums, which, understandably, will not be met, because everything will ultimately depend solely on political will.
