(Patria) - Russia does not see that the regime of Volodymyr Zelensky and his Western curators are ready for constructive negotiations, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov for TASS.
"We see that the regime of Volodymyr Zelensky and his European curators are not ready for constructive talks," he said.
"This regime terrorizes civilians by targeting civilian infrastructure in our country with its sabotage acts," said the Russian minister.
