Lavić: Croatia and Serbia are attacking BiH's sovereignty through the concept of constitutionality

SARAJevo, (Patria) - University professor Senadin Lavić stated, as a guest on Federal Television, that the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia are attempting to achieve sovereignty over parts of BiH's territory through the concept of constitutionality.

"I would like our Bosnian-Herzegovinian public, all its citizens, the nationals of this country, to learn once and for all that this concept of constitutionality does not stem from the constitution, nor from European legal norms and European legal acquis," said Lavić.

"Therefore, it is a pure deception through which the Republic of Croatia is trying to gain control over a part of the independent state of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, just as Serbia is exercising its control through the entity of RS, and that's the whole story," Lavić believes.

"There is no threat, so-called threat to the Croatian people, that Croats have nothing to live on, that someone is mistreating them here, etc., but it is an attempt to finalize the agreement between Tuđman and Milošević, through which the Republic of Croatia is trying to achieve sovereignty over a part of Bosnia and Herzegovina," said Lavić.
